EVO4 is a dentist-supervised home-whitening system that uses custom-made trays and different gels over a staged treatment programme. The system is designed to be completed over approximately three weeks.
The first stages of the EVO4 programme generally involve wearing the trays overnight, followed by a stronger third-week gel used for a shorter period. You should always follow the exact instructions supplied by your dentist.
Some patients can experience temporary sensitivity during whitening. EVO4 includes a desensitising product and is promoted by its manufacturer as a low-sensitivity system, although individual experiences can vary.
